Our Mayhaw juice is cold pressed in our own facility and is full strength with a Brix of 5.5 to 6.  For jelly making, it will need to be diluted with water.  For our Mayhaw Jelly recipe you can click on Recipes on the side panel.

For shipping, our juices are frozen to insure that they arrive cold at their destination.  Shipping of frozen juices is only on Monday to reduce the risk of a possible layover on the weekend.
