Springhill
Jelly is processed by Grant Fruit Processing, a rapidly growing
company established in 1999 in Pollock, Louisiana. We have
probably the largest
mayhaw orchard in the country (over 2000 producing trees),
a large blueberry orchard and access to
muscadines, figs, blackberries, and other local fruit. We
are equipped to process our fruit as needed and are able to
manufacture our products on a continual basis. This allows
us to produce a fresh product and make it available to you
on demand.
It
became evident to us quite early in our marketing that there
was a lack of quality 'No Sugar' products on the market. As
a result, we developed over a dozen new products in the 'No
Sugar Added' category. By producing a quality jelly with less
than 1 gram of sugar per serving, we filled an important need
for many customers. These products have been very successful,
accounting for approximately 25% of our sales.

Springhill
Jelly is available in over 600 major stores throughout Louisiana,
Arkansas, and Texas. Our distribution system consists of people
that are totally committed to provide excellent service to
their customers. Springhill Jelly, Jams, and Syrups have consistently
attained a very high sales per square foot ratio in these
stores.
